If you are looking for a course

 
The CourseFinder search engine helps you find a course in an area defined by you.

Basic search:

• Search by subject if you are not certain of the exact course you are looking for (e.g: Food Safety)
• Search directly by course if you do know the name of the course (e.g: CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety)
• Refine your search with the location field.

Advanced search:

• Language: you can search the language in which the course will be delivered. The course will be in English, but the exam paper will be in the language of your choice.
• Distance: this helps determine how far from the location you indicated you are willing to travel for the course.
• Facilities
• Disabled Access: providers offering facilities for disabled people
• Learning Difficulties: centres offering training tailored for learners with specific needs
• Parking : centres offering parking spaces.
• Catering : this indicates providers which supply on-site food and beverages (not necessarily included in the price of the course. Charge to be confirmed with the relevant provider)
• Type
• Public Training: training course open for bookings and hosted at the centre’s facilities.
• In-house training: training course delivered in your organisation’s premises.

If you are a CIEH Centre

All CIEH Centres have got a personal login to manage their account and their individual page display.

Your account settings section shows your login details and gives you access to further functions:

Change Password: facility for you to amend your password at any time.

View Listing: This function allows you to see your Centre’s public page as potential candidates would see it.

Edit Listing: This function allows you to amend your details and personalize your Centre’s public page as described below.

Amend your details:
Your page is already pre-populated with information we hold on our records.
You can amend any details but the Centre name, last exam date and courses listing.

Personalize your page:
All of your details will appear automatically on your public page. However, you can choose to hide some of them; simply use the Hide button next to the relevant field. You can change your mind and show it again by using the Show button.

In addition to your Centre’s details, we have added a extra features to give you the opportunity to promote your Centre even further. If you do not wish to use them, hide them or leave them blank, they won’t appear on your page.

• Centre logo: your opportunity to show potential candidates your Centre’s brand and image. Browse your computer for the logo, select it and click the “Add Logo” button to upload it.
• Google map: gives a clear indication of where your Centre is located. This feature is automatic.
• Photo Gallery: upload up to six pictures of your Centre, trainers, candidates, courses deliveries… browse your computer for the image, select it and click the “Add Photo” button to upload it.
• Testimonials: a great tool to give evidence of the value of your courses through your customers’ comments.
• Free text: for all these things you would like to say about your Centre; years of experience, expert trainers…
• Page colour: differentiate yourself with one of the five lay-out colours available
