We all expect that any food we buy, whether fresh ingredients, groceries, snacks or meals, will be safe and wholesome. We don't expect it to be contaminated, poorly cooked or badly handled in a way that threatens our health or the health of others. Everyone involved in food production and delivery, from manufacturers and retailers to caterers, has a moral and legal duty to know the principles and practices of food safety. The CIEH offers a comprehensive portfolio of qualifications to deliver the right knowledge to the right people at every level.
CIEH qualifications are accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority.
